- Ensure the spelling and capitalization of the name for your nameplate is correct. Because nameplates are custom items, all sales are final
- When typing the custom name, it serves as the blueprint for crafting the nameplate and will be produced exact in terms of spelling and capitalizations
- Spacing, numbers, and special characters can not be included in the custom name
- Color swatches are approximate as there may be color variation across different screens
- NOTE: this product exclusively features the nameplate. The package does not include a necklace, and there will be no cutting or attachment of the necklace to the nameplate. This deliberate design choice provides enhanced flexibility, enabling you to customize your nameplate independently to align seamlessly with your unique personal style

If you made an error and the order has not been processed, please contact us immediately. Returns will only be accepted in cases where an error originates from our end.
